Front End Engineer

We are seeking an autonomous, highly skilled Front End Engineer with approximately 5 years of experience to lead our front-end initiatives. You will drive client-side development for our real-time AI Avatar project, build internal data dashboards, and maintain a modern, high-performance company website.

You are a versatile developer who understands both UI/UX and system integration, bridging frontend experiences with backend architectures.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Build AI Avatar Frontend: Develop our interactive, real-time AI avatar client using browser APIs and low-latency data streams.
Build Platforms & Dashboards: Design responsive web applications, corporate websites and data-rich dashboards using React and TypeScript.
Integrate Systems & APIs: Collaborate with backend engineers on RESTful APIs, WebSockets, system design and data flows.
Turn Designs into Code: Translate Figma designs into reusable, componentized and accessible frontend assets.
Optimize Performance: Apply frontend best practices to ensure applications are fast, modular and scalable.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, focused on complex, production-grade frontend applications.
React & TypeScript: Strong production experience with React, TypeScript, Zustand/Redux, Vite and Webpack.
Real-Time Web: Hands-on experience implementing and debugging WebSockets.
API & Data: Experience with RESTful APIs, database principles, data modelling and CRUD operations.
Architecture: Experience contributing to system architecture and data-flow design across the stack.
UI/UX: Strong CSS/SCSS and Tailwind CSS skills, with good design sense and Figma proficiency.
Ownership: Self-starter able to take projects from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment.

🌟 Nice to Have
WebGL, GLSL, WebAudio API or WebAssembly experience.
Understanding of real-time systems, including latency, jitter and backpressure.
Experience with Capacitor or Electron.
Familiarity with GCP, Firebase or Redis.
